Use MSA-tools to manipulate MSAs and analyse conservation of your proteins
MSA-tools is a small webserver regrouping a few tools revolving around Multiple Sequence Alignments (MSA). Click on the various menus below in order to convert your existing MSA files from a3m to fasta format or vice versa (useful for AlphaFold/MMseqs outputs), to generate an MSA for a given protein sequence or to calculate & visualise evolutionary rates of a protein structure.
