The final database can be downloaded for local analyzis, or it can be explored on the Synteruptor web site.
Alternatively you can upload a Synteruptor database directly if you have already generated a database yourself.
Restrictions
- The files must be in Genbank format (.gb, .gbk, .gbff), or EMBL format (.dat, .embl), including the genomic sequences.
- The files can be compressed with gzip or zip for faster upload (.gz, .zip).
- The files have to be smaller than 400M.
- At most 20 genomes can be uploaded.
- The files must include the nucleotide sequences and structural annotations.
