Orphan enzyme activity counts over time
This plot shows the number of enzyme activities (EC numbers) listed in the current and previous ExplorEnz database versions and the number of detected orphan activities within these EC numbers according to Orenza processing.

This plot shows the number of enzyme activities (EC numbers) listed in the ExplorEnz database (2024.07) per year of entry into the ExplorEnz database (i.e. "creation date"). These activities are divided into two categories: orphan and non-orphan, according to the data in Orenza (2024-08).
