By train
From Paris, “Gif-sur-Yvette” is a station on the RER (Réseau Express Régional) line B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse.
It takes 50 minutes to get to Gif-sur-Yvette station from the centre of Paris, and 15 minutes on foot or by bus to reach the Institute (bus 10 or 11 at the RER station and get off at the “Croix de Fer” or “Fond Fanet” stop).

From Orly airport: take the “Orlyval” to Antony station, then RER line B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse. Stop at “Gif-sur-Yvette” station, and walk 15 minutes or take the bus 10 or 11 and get off at the “Croix de Fer” or “Fond Fanet” stop.
