Machine learning

Fidle is a Course introducing Deep Learning, in 20 sessions, going from the fondamental concepts to the lastest advances Deep Learning. (DNN, CNN, RNN, Transformers, AE, VAE, GAN, LLM, etc.).
 
All videos (in French) are freely accessible on their YouTube channel. Live sessions are organised weekly on Thursdays from 2pm to 3pm, from the 16th of November 2023 to the 30th of Mai 2024.

FAIR practices

Café Guix is an informal and monthly discussion about the GNU Guix software environment manager. These sessions are organised within the Guix-HPC project, which aims at optimising GNU Guix for reproducible scientific workflows in high-performance computing (HPC).
 
The sessions (in French) have different levels (from introduction to advanced features) and are recorded and freely available on their website. Live sessions are in general every last Tuesday of the month between 1pm and 2pm.
 
Guix-HPC is a joint software development project currently involving three research institutes: Inria, the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC), University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) and the Utrecht Bioinformatics Center (UBC).
