Getting started with the I2BC cluster
In this Exercise, we will be taking our first steps with the cluster. We will:
connect to the cluster through ssh (setup)
learn how to access the files from “partages” (o1)
get familiar with the computing spaces (o1)
understand the cluster architecture and resources available on the cluster (slave nodes, CPUs, memory, etc.) (o2)
run your first (interactive) job (o2)
- learn how to find the software you need for your analysis (o3)
- learn how to check your storage quota & access backed up files (bonus)
